30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Due to the nature of our whipped tallow cream (a personal care product), we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at tallotouch@gmail.com with your order details. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

UK & EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered to the UK or EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, under consumer protection regulations. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
